a solid base for exploring

I stayed for a few nights and found the location superb. it was a short walk from the train station and bus terminal which was convenient. the staff were helpful. They even gave us a room earlier than the check-in time. the room was spacious and comfortable too.
the air conditioning wasn't working when i was there. the room was hot, and i found that opening the window meant i had to deal with quite a lot of street noise. there were no in-room coffee or tea facilities either.

The room i had included comfortable, soft beds. It also had a very nice bathroom with everything i needed for my stay. the windows were large and panoramic, bringing in a lot of light, and the room felt very clean.

malfunctioning air conditioning
the air conditioning was not functioning well. i informed the staff, but they did not seem concerned about improving the situation. it was quite disappointing that there was little effort to address the issue .

The hotel is very close to the train station and Flix Bus stop. It was easy to take a city bus into the city center. The staff was VERY hospitable. The breakfast buffet had good variety.
The air conditioning did not work well in my room. I had to open the windows to stay cool, listening to street noise and traffic. The noise was a noticeable inconvenience.
